With the summer heat in full swing, I’ve found myself craving more boiled water.
And that’s why I’ve decided to make my own potato peel.
It’s a simple but delicious dish that’s made with the peel of a sweet potato, plus some water, salt and pepper.
It’s made without a lot of ingredients, so it’s delicious without a recipe.
It is also easy to prepare, as you simply peel and chop the potatoes.
And you can also make it ahead of time and freeze it.
So here’s how to make it.
First, peel a sweet, green potato, then chop it into 1-inch chunks and put it into a bowl.
Add a little water, and set aside.
Next, chop up your other potatoes.
Then, put them into a large pot.
Add about 2 tablespoons of water, cover the pot and bring it to a boil.
Then cover the bowl with a lid and cook for 2 hours, until the water has boiled down to a little more than 1 cup.
Drain the water and set the pot aside.
Finally, take a potato with the skin on and mash it up with a fork.
Now add the peeled potato, salt, pepper and 2 cups of water.
Cover and cook until the potato is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
Remove from the pot, add the potato skins, and cook a few more minutes until the skin is soft and the potatoes are just tender.
Then, slice up the potato and add it to the pot.
You can either cook the whole thing in one pot or divide it into four equal portions.
The pot should still be bubbling slightly when you finish cutting.
Now, cook it in the microwave for 30 seconds, stirring often, until it’s just cooked through.
Serve with a dollop of the sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
