The worst-Case Scenario: We’re all doomed.
Our world is so bad that if this happens, we’re doomed.
It’s the worst scenario.
This is a scenario in which the worst is already happening.
We’re just living through the worst.
I would never have imagined it.
When I was in college, I went to a class on the history of the U.S. Civil War.
The professor said, “I think the best thing to do is to say the worst thing that could happen.”
I thought that was crazy.
I thought it was impossible.
I’ve been reading about this for a long time.
In my book, “The Worst Case Scenario,” I discuss the history and the future of this topic.
I also explain why I think that if the worst case happens, and it is a world-ending disaster, we would be better off than if it didn’t happen.
We would be worse off if the government had gone in and seized control of the economy.
This would have been the worst disaster in the history.
My point is that in my mind, it is the worst that could be.
And that we would all be better served if we all got our ducks in a row and followed that advice.
That’s why I say we’re better off if this doesn’t happen and we don’t have this nightmare scenario of us all falling apart.
This is a way to avoid a scenario where there’s just a really bad scenario that we’re all going to be stuck in.
We’ll have a really tough time.
We will have a lot of problems.
We are going to have problems.
And we have to prepare ourselves for those.
